Rev'd Kieron Rowley
YMIC SW Director
I am from Bristol originally, but most recently I have been working as a priest and school chaplain in Glastonbury before being appointed as director of YMIC SW.
I was nurtured and encouraged in my faith by the work of some amazing youth workers, monks, nuns, and priests who gave me confidence to grow into the person I am today.
I am so thrilled to now be in a position to nurture and encourage young people in their faith through this project. I have a deep passion for the liturgical, sacramental, and catholic life of the Church of England and I am committed to creating inclusive spaces for young people to experience faith and fun in communion with each other.
On top of being a priest, I am a keen chef, player of board games, eater of crisps, and avid reader of books!
Luke Carson
Project Administrator
Hello all, I am Luke the Administrator for the YMIC Southwark Project. I am originally from Northern Ireland being raised in the Church of Ireland. Growing up in St Donard’s was a strong foundation to begin my journey in faith and life. I regularly attended any youth event that were going on in the church and loved them all.

I work in this role part time alongside my role as a Youth worker at All Saints Fulham and YMIC London

This position means so much to me personally as I can support a project that will mean so much for the youth in this area of London and will lead to their own journey through faith. Its importance cannot be understated!
